If in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving. Please note, product must be in orignial condition and unused. To get approval for a refund, please contact support here with:
1. Order number, your email and name.
2. Product(s) being returned.
3. Reason for return.
4. If you'd like us to create a returns shipping label for you (please see Return Shipping for more info).
**Please note, only the cost of the product itself is refundable. We do not refund shipping.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your convenience, we can create a printable return shipping label for you, please note the cost will be deducted from your refund. Please contact customer service here to request a return label.
Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
